  • Access content via REST API
  • Manage team members with role-based permissions
  • Track analytics and article performance
  • Upload and manage media assets

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate, complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

  • Individual Accounts: Personal use
  • Organization Accounts: Team collaboration with multiple members
  • Roles: OWNER (full control), EDITOR (content management), WRITER (content creation)

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • All activities conducted through your account

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cod'Hash harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights

12. Dispute Resolution
